Cancelling / Changing an order prior to shipment

Our warehouse team is comprised of wonderful joyful women who work very hard to get your orders packed and processed with care as quickly as possible.

Our commitment is to have your order shipped out as soon as possible. As such, we will do our best to take care of your requests but cannot guarantee order cancellations or changes before shipment.  If it has already left, you can return the package to us and on return, we will refund you in the form of a store credit for the items, shipping not included.

If your order has not shipped and we are able to cancel your order a 5% merchant transaction fee will apply to your refund.
