What is your Return Policy?

For the safety of our artists in our community and the given nature of the work we do, all sales are considered final. We take great care to ensure your supplies arrive to you in great condition, sealed, and sterilized (where applicable). Having said this, regardless of the care and diligence of our warehouse team, we understand things happen that are beyond our control!
If you have received a shipment with damaged OR incorrect products, please reach out to us immediately, do not use the products in question and follow the process below:
Please reach out to our friendly support team at hello@hyvebeauty.com and provide:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your original order number and photo of the packing slip
  • A Detailed description of the problem
  • Video (with sound) or photo (if appropriate) of problem

We take our customer service very seriously and will respond to your within 1-2 business days, this is excluding weekends and holidays. Please do not send in multiple requests, this results in confusion and may delay us in being able to you quickly.

For warranty claims on electronics, HYVE Professional products offer a 30-day warranty for products used within North America. Electronic products shipped outside of North America are not warrantied due to voltage standards varying globally. If your product defect does fall within these parameters, please follow the process above.
