Once your order is placed it can take 2-3 days for us to process it with care. When processing is complete, a tracking number is assigned by the shipping carrier, your order leaves our warehouse in Leduc, Alberta, Canada and you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Once its shipped, you’ll find a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email or text depending on what you've chosen in your account. Didn't get the email? Your tracking information can also be found by visiting your account on our website at any time! Click on your account information to view your order and tracking is provided.
Once your tracking number is assigned and emailed to you, your order is in the care of the shipping carrier and we cannot provide additional information. If you have concerns about shipping delays, please note we do not control delivery times—we wish we could!—and you’ll need to get in touch with the carrier directly for any updates. Don’t worry, your supplies are in good hands!
My order didn’t arrive. What do I do?
First, check the tracking information you received from the carrier—this will let you know where your package is currently located and its estimated arrival.
If your order says it was delivered and you can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly.
