My machine is not working, what do I do?

Hopefully we can help you troubleshoot the problem and get this resolved ASAP!

Send us the order number of your purchase and a video of the problem you are having with your machine, be detailed with audio to our support team at: hello@hyvebeauty.com

We take our customer service very seriously and will respond to you within 1-2 business days, this excludes weekends and holidays.
Please do not send in multiple requests, this results in confusion and may delay us in being able to respond quickly.

If you need technical advice on how to use your machine, we respectfully ask you to please reach out to your PMU Educator, Academy, trusted artist or PMU Academy groups on social media are also very helpful for new artists!  HYVE Beauty does not offer advice on technique or technical use of equipment.

*HYVE Beauty offers a 30 day warranty on electronics in North America
*We recommend it is best practice to always have a back up machine available (some artists have several!)
